Bratwurst Bros bake-at-home meatloaf, prepared in small batches at our butchery in Uruti, Taranaki. Supplied in a 500g pack.
Our Meatloaf with fresh marjoram, nutmeg and caraway, the curing gives this specialty its typical taste and color. Made from 100% NZ pork, filled in Ready-to-Bake Forms and vacuum sealed in packs of 500g.
Thawed then bake at 160 deg for approx. 45 minutes to core temperature of 70deg C
