This traditional Northern Germany sausage is a typical winter sausage. They are Manuka smoked and air-dried. It is great in stews, with cooked green kale, or just sliced cold on fresh bread with mustard.
Made from NZ beef and pork belly, they are vacuum sealed in packs of 500g.
Enjoy them straight out of the fridge, or simmer in hot salt water, or sliced in a hearty vegetable stew.
