Bratwurst Bros Urenui Muttons, an all-natural mutton sausage made in small batches in Uruti, Taranaki. Packed as a convenient 5-pack.
Our locals love these, a fresh taste on lamb, pepped up with fresh garlic and rosemary.
Made from NZ lamb and pork belly for smoothness, they are vacuum sealed in packs of 5 and pre-cooked.
Just enjoy them off the BBQ and serve with buttered pan-fried potatoes and veggies. Shanty beer is a great addition. In the grill pan please fry them on medium-low heat until slightly browned.
